About

While I appreciate the charm of a flower, it’s their alter ego that captivates me most. What can flowers do? And more importantly, what can they do for you? Within the walls of my trusty Durham studio, you’ll find me challenging that question daily. Here, I craft atmospheres through floral design. I'm not guided by a go big or go home mentality, but rather fueled by a commitment to creative vision and boundless exploration.

I pursue creative expression, whether delicately handling lilies with laser-point precision or taming unruly orchids as if my life depends on it.

It’s a family affair

There was no lightbulb moment envisioning myself in the bridal section of a Martha Stewart magazine. With a background in Interior Design, flowers were never part of the conversation.

That changed when my mother, the real-life version of Leslie Knope and event planner extraordinaire, needed an extra pair of hands. That’s where I experienced the behind-the-scenes of a floral arrangement and the atmosphere they create in a room. Fast forward a couple of years, and we’ve been crashing North Carolina weddings ever since (with me puppeteering flowers and my mom orchestrating the event).

Now, "stop and smell the roses" isn't just a quote on a fridge magnet, it's an integral part of my daily routine. That and a double espresso because flowers may sound romantic, but that 5 am alarm clock never is.
